We are excited to be offering the Dare to Lead Workshop. We are all leaders, whether in our communities,

families, organizations, and the world. During this workshop, you will learn what it is going to take to be a

braver leader, to help create more courageous cultures. You will gain insight into the four skill-sets of courage,

all learnable! Rumbling with Vulnerability, Living into our Values, BRAVING Trust and Learning to Rise.

The Dare to Lead Workshop is based on the work of Dr. Brené Brown, a research professor at the University of

Houston, who has spent the past two decades studying courage, vulnerability, shame, and empathy, and most

recently completed a seven-year study on courageous leadership. She is a best selling author and her books

include The Gifts of Imperfection, Daring Greatly, Braving the Wilderness and Dare to Lead.

Nancy Kobel is the founder of Leader Inspired, LLC. She is a Professional Certifed Coach (PCC) and facilitator

with over 15 years experience in Leadership & Organizational Development. Nancy has facilitated and coached

in both public and private organizations both locally, nationally and globally.
