Everyone at Nourishing Journey is thrilled you are making time for self-care that will improve your overall health. Before we begin, we ask that you provide some information about your current issues, concerns and habits in order to better support you toward your wellness goals.

KARMA: Our practitioners love what they do. They give generously of not only their time, but also of their knowledge, talents and nurturing. Gratuities are an expression of appreciation and create good karma.
CANCELLATIONS: We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your appointment. Please understand that short notice cancellations or simply not showing up for your appointment greatly impacts our therapists, as they are unable to re-book other clients for your missed appointment time. Whenever possible, we ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment in order to avoid a late cancellation fee of $25 for regular appointments and $50 for medical appointments.
